Vienna Loaf Recipe

Vienna BreadIngredients:
- 250 gms strong flour
- 4 gms salt
- 4 gms sugar
- 8 gms yeast
- 180 ml standard milk
- 50 gms butter
Method:
- Place 1/3 of milk in bowl add yeast and 1/3 of flour leave the mix till bubbles appear
- add rest of flour, salt, sugar and finish with milk
- slowly add butter, knead for a few minutes, place on the side and let double in size
- 40 minutes later punch down dough
- shape in to desired shape and let proof for 40 mins more
- before baking brush with egg wash and bake at 190 for 20 mins
- Cool on wire rack and serve fresh
